Monthly reimbursements: Set and forget

Schedule automatic payouts for the first or last Friday of each month. Finance teams can stop batching requests and manually running payouts. Pleo just handles it. Simple as that.

Stronger security with 2FA on critical actions

Three areas of your account now require two-factor authentication (2FA) before any action goes through: your passcode plus an SMS code.

• Withdrawals: Stops unauthorised access to your money, even if someone has your login details
• Admin removal: Prevents someone from demoting other admins and locking you out
• Payment mandates: Blocks unauthorised Direct Debit or VRP setup

No more flipping between five different banking portals. See your aggregated balance across all your connected bank accounts in one place, in real time.

Pleo shows each account's balance in both the original currency and your default currency—so you always know what you actually have to spend.

Export by original currency

Pull currency-specific reports in seconds. Filter your expense exports by the original transaction currency—no more manual sorting or rebuilding reports outside Pleo.

Receipts, redesigned for print and audit

Hospitality, Per Diem, and Mileage receipts are now formatted for print. A4 layouts, bigger type, consistent design. Now your bookkeepers, accountants, and auditors will see professional-looking financial paperwork that’s easier to scan and verify.

UK mileage gets a summer overhaul

• Updated HMRC Advisory Fuel Rates now live. UK mileage rate has now been updated in line with HMRC rates to 55p per mile. If you're using Pleo’s default rates, we've updated them automatically. If you've set custom rates, check Settings → Mileage.
• The "This Year" filter now follows the UK fiscal year (6 Apr – 5 Apr), so the totals you see match the 10,000-mile threshold Pleo calculates. No more confusing discrepancies.
• More columns in the mileage export. The mileage export now includes Expense ID, Employee ID, Employee Code, and Additional notes, giving you the columns you need to reconcile payroll without manual workarounds.
